Lovely clean, quiet room.
The nurses were of course fantastic for my stay and made me feel so comfortable, even when I was struggling post op. Normally my partner would have been there for this but the restrictions meant that the nurses have to take on more care which they do with a smile.
Food was great, I have dietary restrictions which the staff in the kitchen were more than happy to cater for, even visiting me to talk it through.
My constructive suggestion here is to have a better understanding of dispensing medications, as some of the drugs I received were not appropriate for my needs (Lactulose for a lactose intolerant for example).

I have been to this hospital twice as a NHS patient, once last year for day surgery and this year for a knee replacement stay over. Especially on the last occasion, I had faultless care by every single member of staff without exception. Special thanks go to Mr Simon Ellis and his team for their kindness and high level of care and especially Dr K Stepian for his caring professionalism.
But every single one of the staff, without fail, did an excellent job with kindness and to the highest professional standard. I can’t thank you all enough and recommend this hospital as the best I have experience of.

From the initial call to being discharged the whole process was made easy by all the Spire Alexandra staff. I would definitely recommend this hospital.

A year ago, I was a patient at the Spire Alexandra Hospital. I had a total right hip replacement, which was performed Mr R Jain. Back in 2016, Mr Jain performed the same operation on my left hip. He is a caring, excellent surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone who was considering this type of op. The hospital is very clean and comfortable and the nurses are wonderful. I would like to thank everyone concerned in my care, as it was second to none.

The Spire Alexandra also provided great care before and after my surgery and I experienced the utmost professionalism and treatment.
The physio's during my time as an inpatient and outpatient were fantastic.
